Challenge

Clean Origin wanted to increase its brand awareness through Find Your Influence, a self-managed online portal that allows brands to connect with influencers and have their products promoted online.

The company chose to open an application to influencers in the MoM Blogger, Millennial, Green/Organic, Military, and Men’s Fashion verticals, hoping to engage eco-friendly centered content or fashion blogs and influencers.

Twenty-eight influencers applied, most of whom were mommy bloggers. Only nine influencers were accepted into the first campaign, which generated lackluster results.

Action

Gen3 modified the verticals, and began a second campaign that included lifestyle, fashion, finance, celebrity, and men’s fashion. The new campaign garnered 61 influencer applicants, of whom 14 were selected.

With the 14 selected applicants, Gen3 proactively secured 15 exchange posts: 9 Instagram posts, 3 Pinterest posts, and 3 blog articles.
