Apparel Brand Affiliate Program – Excess Inventory
Challenge
An apparel brand was looking to liquidate products that were no longer in high demand. The brand inquired if Gen3 could help sell those products within a 30-day window through the affiliate channel. Gen3’s goal was to identify a daily deals site to work with on moving the excess inventory. Based on the previous experience and company’s best practices, we decided to work with Brad’s Deals. Since 2001, Brad’s Deals has been an online hub for consumers who are looking for the best sales and best prices on everything they buy.
Solution
Since daily deals’ sites audience is looking for the best of web bargains, the brand created a landing page specifically for those products – “Tees and Tops Under $20” and provided a vanity code for “Free Shipping on $29 Orders” to Brad’s Deals. The commission rate stayed the same, 6%.
Results – 2/11 to 2/18
Results – 3/16 to 3/22
