The Principals of Gen3 Marketing, Andy Cantos and Mike Tabasso, have been successfully managing online marketing programs since the turn of the century. Andy and Mike share a long, successful track record of building and profitably managing the online marketing efforts of over 100 clients across a wide spectrum of verticals.
Since founding Gen3 Marketing in early 2007, Andy and Mike have been consistently recognized by clients, networks, publishers, and industry peers alike for their company’s consistent accomplishments in the management of digital marketing programs.
Prior to founding Gen3 Marketing, Andy served as Vice President of Online Marketing for GSI Commerce from early 2000 through late 2003, and for Advanta from late 2003 through early 2007. A former Management Consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Andy holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Strategic Management and Finance from The Wharton School of Business.
Prior to founding Gen3 Marketing, Mike served as Director of Online Marketing for GSI Commerce from early 2000 through late 2003, and for Advanta from late 2003 through early 2007. An eCommerce lifer, Mike holds a BS in Marketing from West Chester University and an MBA in Business Management from The Pennsylvania State University.
Jarrett Embry, Vice President of Marketing
As Vice President of Affiliate Marketing, Jarrett leads major client initiatives as well as internal staff, providing insight, mentoring, and direction that is backed by a unique understanding of the space. Jarrett has a breadth of performance marketing experience that dates back to his time at GSI Commerce (circa 2000) which spans across affiliate, SEM, CSE, and other online marketing channels. Jarrett holds a BS in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Delaware.
Jonathan Kendall, Vice President of Affiliate Marketing
Currently a Director of Affiliate Marketing, Jonathan oversees a team responsible for the strategic guidance and day-to-day execution of advertiser programs. Jon has over ten years of experience managing a variety of online marketing solutions for top retail clients, with a strong background in the automotive and apparel verticals. He holds a BA in Communications/Rhetoric from the University of Pittsburgh.
Todd Bailey, Vice President of Search & PR
Todd Bailey brings over 15 years of Internet marketing and digital strategy to Gen3 Marketing. Todd is US Brand Ambassador for Majestic (SEO) and a national SEO/SEM speaker & author, having received many awards for his work. He recently was a finalist for “Search Marketer of the Year” by Search Engine Land (The Landy Awards) and was twice shortlisted by the US Search Awards for Best Consultant (2014-2015) as well as being recognized by Smart CEO Magazine (CXO/CTO) as one of Philadelphia’s leading executives and the 40 Under 40 for South Jersey.
Leilana Cantrell, Senior Director of Affiliate Marketing
Leilana is the team lead of the newly founded Gen3 Marketing west coast office in Santa Barbara, CA. Leilana has been in the digital marketing space since 2007 and has extensive experience in all aspects of affiliate account management with major brand advertisers. While she has worked within every possible vertical, she has a particularly strong background in the finance space.
Kevin Fleisher, Director of Affiliate Marketing
As Director of Affiliate Marketing at Gen3, Kevin manages a team that provides strategic direction and tactical implementation for his clients since 2011. Kevin has over ten years of experience in the online marketing space, with additional proficiency in search and e-mail marketing. He holds a BA in Business and Communications from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA in Sports Management from Seton Hall University.
Josephine Tang, Director of Affiliate Marketing
As Director of Affiliate Marketing, Josephine is responsible for the strategic planning of advertiser programs, relationship management and support for key retail partners. Josephine has over ten years of marketing experience in traditional media planning and buying and has been working in online media since 2009. She holds a BS in Marketing and Psychology from New York University, Stern School of Business.
Nicholas D’Amico, Director of Business Development
As Director, Nick creates custom marketing solutions by identifying the specific needs of prospects from a wide range of business verticals. Nick delivers a strategic road map for perspective clients through data analysis, competitive research, forecasting, opportunity analysis, and proposal creation. Nick boasts more than a decade of professional experience in business development, content management, prospecting, and portfolio management. Nick holds a BS in Marketing from Chestnut Hill College.
Michele Behe, Affiliate Marketing Manager
Michele began her career in the financial services industry as a client relations specialist for institutional investors at The Vanguard Group. Her CRM skills and BSBA in Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh provided the stepping stones that brought her to Gen3 Marketing as an Affiliate Marketing Manager. In her current role, Michele provides program support for a variety of clients by optimizing affiliate relationships to increase conversions and drive top-line sales.
Charlie Bennett, Search & Digital Marketing Manager
As Search & Digital Marketing Manager, Charlie develops top-notch technical SEO strategies in a competitive digital market. He approaches client needs with personal service and precise execution to lead successful digital marketing campaigns. With a BA in Advertising from Rowan University, Charlie excels at combining digital know-how with creative problem solving to come up with out of the box ideas in the digital marketing world.
Brad Benton, Affiliate Marketing Coordinator
As an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator, Brad supports Gen3’s account management team in achieving client success on a day-to-day basis. This support includes managing client-affiliate relationships, analyzing data reports, and coordinating new opportunities for both parties. Brad graduated with a BS in Speech Communication and a minor in Business Administration from Millersville University.
Jennifer Campagna, Affiliate Marketing Manager
As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, Jen works with clients to manage, optimize and grow their affiliate programs. She focuses on developing strategic plans to achieve client goals across multiple verticals. Jen brings over five years of experience in eCommerce and digital marketing with a vast portfolio of affiliate program management experience within the fashion, accessories, and beauty verticals. Jen holds Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University.
Allie Clark, Affiliate Marketing Manager
As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, Allie currently manages affiliate partner relationships as well as crafts and executes marketing strategies for clients across multiple verticals. Allie achieves success for all of her clients by leveraging her online and offline marketing expertise. She has over three years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, and retail. Allie holds a dual Bachelors of Science in Marketing and Management with a minor in Retail Management from Marywood University.
John Cochrane, Affiliate Marketing Manager
As Affiliate Marketing Manager, John leads channel marketing initiatives and develops strategic relationships for clients across multiple verticals. John achieves success for his clients by leveraging online and offline marketing expertise which he obtained from past experience marketing a weight management company. John has earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies, with a minor in Business from the University of Scranton.
Ilana Cooper, Paid Search Marketing Manager
As Paid Search Marketing Manager, Ilana is responsible for developing strategies for paid search campaigns using best practices to achieve ROI and KPI goals for clients. Additionally, she manages keyword optimizations, ad copy/banner testing, and day-to-day tactical execution. Ilana received her undergraduate degree from University of Massachusetts – Amherst with a double degree in Marketing and Psychology.
Kimberly Doriety, Affiliate Marketing Manager
As Affiliate Marketing Manager, Kimberly supports Senior Affiliate Management providing day-to-day support for multiple advertiser programs to effectively grow sales revenue and help Gen3 clients achieve – and often exceed – their stated goals and expectations. Kimberly brings with her over seven years of experience in promotional, social, event, and online marketing. When she isn’t helping advertisers grow their online businesses, you can find her devoted to art and photography.

Sydney Garofolo, Associate Affiliate Marketing Manager
As an Associate Affiliate Marketing Manager, Sydney helps clients reach and exceed their goals. Sydney puts her daily efforts into data reporting and analysis, supporting relationship management with clients and publishers, and various marketing initiatives. Before Gen3, Sydney worked at a boutique marketing agency managing clients and planning events. Sydney holds a BA in Strategic Communications from Temple University.
Alyssa Haeussler, Affiliate Marketing Coordinator
Based out of the Santa Barbara office, Alyssa works within the specialized finance sector. As an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator Alyssa helps maintain relationships with both publishers and clients, runs various detailed reports, and assists in crafting strategic direction to help clients achieve their goals. You can often find Alyssa working outside with a doughnut and/or cheeseburger in hand. She has a very committed addiction to Dr. Pepper and her favorite color is blue.
Perry Irish, Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager
As Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager, Perry is in charge of the execution and strategic management of advertiser programs for a portfolio of advertisers. Perry has over seven years of experience managing Affiliate Marketing programs for a variety of retail and financial service clients. Jon King, Affiliate Marketing Manager
As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, Jon assists Gen3’s account management team in achieving client success through comparative performance analysis and reporting. Chris Linnehan, Associate Affiliate Manager
As an Associate Affiliate Manager, Chris assists Gen3’s account management team in achieving client success through performance analysis and reporting, as well as through affiliate recruitment and relationship management. Chris Graduated from Drexel University in 2013 and has a background in sports marketing, as well as financial sales.
Jillian Neal, Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager
As Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager, Jillian currently manages partner relationships, affiliate marketing efforts, and strategy for clients in both hard goods and digital services. She has over four years of experience in eCommerce and digital marketing. Jillian holds a BS in Fashion Merchandising from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Jess Ozoniak, Affiliate Marketing Manager
As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, Jess Ozoniak takes pride in building client and publisher relationships to exceed established goals and grow affiliate performance. Jess brings more than three years of experience in online marketing, including two years at an affiliate network. With a strong background in copywriting, web design, organic SEO, blogging, public relations, and social media, Perry currently works as a Search & Digital Marketing Manger, dedicated to helping clients develop attractive, effective, user-friendly online marketing solutions while enhancing their presence in organic search results. Perry graduated from Kutztown University with a BA in Professional Writing.
Julia Scavicchio, Search & Digital Marketing Manager
As an Search & Digital Marketing Manager, Julia develops organic strategies for clients seeking social media and search engine optimization services. With a degree in Creative Writing from Franklin and Marshall College, Julia specializes in creating unique and engaging content. Before joining the Gen3 team, she was an enterprise software reviewer for a range of solution types that help everyday jobs become more efficient. She’s learned how to capture the emotional arc behind each use-case for offering the simplest solutions to common problems.
Ilene Schermer Cantos, Marketing Manager
As Marketing Manager, Ilene currently oversees application queue management and brand compliance process. Ilene has vast marketing experience that dates back to her days as a Senior Product Manager for Colgate Palmolive. She holds a BA in Organizational Behavior from the University of Michigan and an MBA with concentration in Marketing from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Brianne Schmidt, Affiliate Marketing Manager
Brianne Schmidt is an Affiliate Manager responsible for managing and executing affiliate initiatives for brands across several verticals including fashion and health and beauty. Brianne is able to strategically implement tactics needed to exceed client objectives by analyzing data, performing ongoing optimizations, and communicating effectively with both the brands she services and the partners they work with. Brianne has been in the eCommerce and digital marketing industry for six years, having experience working alongside additional paid channels outside of affiliate. Brianne has a BS in Mass Communications and a Minor in Marketing from King’s College.
Chrissy Sirianni, Affiliate Marketing Manager
Chrissy Sirianni has seven years of experience in the Mobile Marketing industry and over two years of experience in Digital Agency Marketing (including Affiliate, SEM, SEO, Email, Display, and Paid Social). She has dedicated her time to the full-service management of digital media programs for enterprise and SMB clients. She prides herself on working with clients to create and implement strategies that align with their business goals as well as drive customer engagement and support overall program growth. Chrissy has a BA in English from Saint Joseph’s University. Outside the office, Chrissy loves spending time with her husband and two young children, and she looks forward to summer vacations at the Jersey shore.
